·All films must be submitted via the online platform and adhere to the festival’s technical specifications.
·Each film may only be submitted to one main category, but can be eligible for technical awards (such as Best Cinematography, Best Editing, etc.).
·If the film is not in English, English subtitles are required.
·Subtitles should be accurately synchronized to ensure full understanding of the film’s content.
·All films must be uploaded via the festival website’s online submission system.
·Filmmakers must provide detailed information about the film, including the director, writer, producer, film synopsis, and other relevant information.
·When submitting, you will need to choose a main category and specify if the film is eligible for additional technical awards.
Films will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
·Creativity & Originality: The uniqueness of the concept and storytelling.
·Narrative Structure: The flow of the story, character development, and emotional impact.
·Visual & Technical Execution: Cinematography, editing, sound, and overall production quality.
·Direction & Performance: The director’s vision and the performance of the actors.
·Social & Cultural Impact: The film’s ability to inspire, provoke thought, or contribute to social discussions.
The judging panel consists of industry experts, directors, producers, and critics who will score films based on the above standards.
